I'm a Product Manager with over 11 years of experience in technology, with a strong foundation in e-commerce and digital platform transformation.
My career has evolved from software quality and delivery into product ownership and product management. I've worked across complex e-commerce ecosystems, operational platforms and enterprise integrations, and more recently on membership platforms and AI-powered digital experiences.
What I enjoy most is bringing clarity to complex challenges — understanding different perspectives, connecting the right people and helping teams move from an idea to a product that creates value.
My approach combines understanding the problem, creating clarity and staying closely involved throughout delivery.
I start by understanding business objectives, user needs and existing processes before moving towards a solution.
I translate business needs and stakeholder discussions into clear product requirements, user journeys and priorities that teams can work with.
I work closely with business stakeholders, UX designers, engineering, QA and external partners to align expectations and move products forward.
My involvement extends beyond defining requirements to backlog refinement, testing, UAT, launch and continuous improvement.
